What it’s really doing under the hood

Here’s the practical part: it runs on 400V and hits 2500W, giving you the kind of even, predictable heat that keeps preforms moving at the right pace. The active length is 300mm, which matches the standard zone setup, so the heat profile stays consistent without you having to rework the oven. That power isn’t random. It’s chosen to get preforms up to temperature fast enough to keep your cycle time where it should be. But—and this matters—2500W packs a lot of heat into a tight spot. Your cooling and ventilation have to keep up. If the cabinet airflow is struggling, you’ll start seeing components age faster and temperatures wobble. That’s the part no one wants.
