If the oven ventilation is undersized or the air inlet is blocked, lamp life drops and temperature control starts to drift. Make sure the lamp seats in the holder without binding, and verify the reflector is clean and properly seated. Also, confirm voltage at the heater terminals under load—low voltage drives current up, pushes the emitter temperature past design, and shows up as early failure.
