The Nitty-Gritty on Materials
We make these things out of high-purity fused quartz. Why? Because baking is brutal. The tubes have to handle rapid heating and cooling without cracking. Now, a quick heads-up on power. Most bakeries go for high-wattage setups to get that crust to pop quickly. It works great, but remember that all that energy has to go somewhere. Getting Them Set Up

We also use heavy-duty connectors because the last thing you need is a connection oxidizing and failing because of the constant heat.
