One lamp is slightly off, and suddenly you’re staring at wall-thickness variations or bottles that just look… wrong. It’s frustrating. You spend half your shift tweaking settings just to get the heat balanced. The fix is actually pretty simple: you need lamps that match your OEM power specs exactly. No “close enough.” Why the tiny details matter Here is the thing about power matching. If your wattage is even a little bit off, your PID controller starts sweating.
